Vinyasa Flow
A high energy yoga class, linking movement with breath through a creative sequencing of postures. All levels welcomed. A great class to build heat in the body and explore playful movement.
Breathwork & Meditation
A grounding practice combining both active and calming breath work techniques, with guided meditation and Yoga Nidra, to release tension, reconnect with self, quiet the mind, and calm in the nervous system. Perfect for finding clarity and ease.


Yin
Poses are held for 2-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. The intensity that comes along with these deep stretches makes this a perfect meditative practice, training the mind to sit through sensation and discomfort.
