Slow Bedtime Flow
A slower paced practice designed to release tension from the day through longer held stretches, breathing techniques, and meditative themes. The perfect thing before bed, getting the mind and body ready for deep rest.
Poses are held for 2-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. The intensity that comes along with these deep stretches makes this a perfect meditative practice, training the mind to sit through sensation and discomfort.
