Yoga Nidra
A restorative guided practice, designed to bring the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. Practiced lying down in stillness, Yoga Nidra helps release physical tension, regulate the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and create space for clarity, healing, and deep ease. Perfect for rest, reset, and reconnecting with self.


Yin
Poses are held for 2-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. The intensity that comes along with these deep stretches makes this a perfect meditative practice, training the mind to sit through sensation and discomfort.
