Terms & Conditions

By completing your booking and/or submitting payment for this retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than three months prior to the retreat start date

  • If booking within three months of the retreat, full payment is required at the time of registration

  • Failure to complete payment by the final deadline may result in the release of your spot, along with any payments already made

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of spaces and advance commitments required to secure accommodations, all payments toward the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable, including cancellations related to:

  • Personal or work-related changes

  • Illness, injury, or medical emergencies

  • Travel disruptions or missed flights

  • Failure to obtain required travel documents

  • Changes in personal circumstances

In select cases, you may transfer your booking to another participant with prior written approval.

If a cancelled space can be filled from a waitlist, a partial refund may be considered, but this is not guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged prior to travel.

Coverage should ideally include:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption

  • Emergency medical care

  • Travel delays

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Optional “cancel for any reason” coverage

The organizer is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred before, during, or after the retreat.

Participation & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in this retreat is voluntary and may include (but is not limited to) yoga, meditation, Pilates, other movement practices, workshops, outdoor activities, excursions, swimming, hiking, and group travel.

  • These activities may involve transportation by private or public providers such as cars, boats, or shuttles. Participation in all activities and transportation is undertaken at your own risk.

  • By joining, you accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing throughout the retreat and agree to participate according to your own judgment.

  • While reasonable care is taken to create a safe and supportive environment, participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, travel disruption, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Participants are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional prior to booking if they have any concerns about suitability. Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or accessibility needs must be communicated in advance. Participants are responsible for bringing any necessary personal medication.

Health, Food & International Travel Considerations

  • This retreat takes place internationally, and participants acknowledge that travel may involve unfamiliar foods, water sources, weather conditions, insects, transportation systems, and healthcare access.

  • While accommodations, meals, and vendors are carefully selected, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions, food sensitivities, illness, environmental factors, or other travel-related conditions.

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to communicate any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns prior to arrival.

Flights, Travel & Transportation

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights and travel logistics unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • This includes ensuring valid passports, visas (if required), and any additional entry documentation.

The organizer is not responsible for costs or disruptions resulting from:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Missed connections

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Weather events or natural disruptions

  • Border entry issues or travel restrictions

Any suggested arrival times or transportation guidance is provided as a recommendation only.

Accommodation & Rooming

Accommodation is assigned based on the room category selected at the time of booking.

  • Guests booking shared rooms are encouraged to reserve together when possible

  • If booking a shared option independently, support can be provided to match roommates where needed

  • Single occupancy upgrades are subject to availability

Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

  • The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the retreat itinerary, schedule, accommodations, instructors, or activities if required.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control—including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, illness, vendor changes, or other force majeure events—reasonable efforts will be made to provide a comparable experience.

  • If the retreat must be cancelled due to such circumstances, refunds will depend on recoverable costs and supplier policies.

  • The organizer is not responsible for reimbursing flights, travel arrangements, or other external expenses.

Participant Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful group environment, the organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Media Consent

Photographs and video content may be captured during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image or likeness unless you notify the organizer in writing prior to the retreat start date.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
