Step into the light of the longest day of the year at our Third Annual Summer Solstice Retreat—a full day of balanced movement, stillness, nourishment, and community, in the serene setting of Sherwood Farm, a 70+ acre property in the heart of King City.

The Summer Solstice marks a powerful turning point: a celebration of abundance, vitality, and illumination. Across traditions, it has long been honored as a sacred time of light, growth, and renewal. It’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with nature’s rhythms—and when experienced in community, it’s pure magic!

What’s Included

• Welcome Circle – Tea, coffee, and wholesome snacks to ease into the day.

• Yang Practice: 108 Sun Salutations – A dynamic, energizing practice with modifications for every body. The number 108 carries deep spiritual meaning, symbolizing wholeness, connection, and cosmic order. Flowing through 108 salutations becomes a moving meditation—a way to honour the change of season, release stagnant energy, and ignite resilience in body, mind, and spirit.

• Vegetarian Homemade Lunch – A lovingly prepared meal to nourish and ground you (dietary needs accommodated).

• Yin & Meditation Practice – A soothing afternoon of gentle yet deep Yin postures, grounding breath work, optional hands-on assists, and guided meditation to restore balance and invite deep rest.

• Nature Immersion – Full access to Sherwood Farm’s 70 acres: forest trails, open fields, tranquil gardens, and time to relax by the pool or unwind in quiet corners.
